Refund Policy

We offer an 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or broken

  • Missing stones

  • Chain is broken or damaged

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how to send the item back

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges Only

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will only exchange the product. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Damages & Issues

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
